Regina’s Friendly Local

Naturopathic Doctor

Hey!

I’m Brittany - a naturopathic doctor in Regina, Saskatchewan, offering thoughtful, individualized care for people who want to better understand their bodies — not just manage symptoms.

My approach is rooted in curiosity. I look at the full picture of your health: Your history, your patterns, your environment, and the subtle ways your body communicates imbalance. From there, we build a plan that supports real, sustainable change.

I work with patients across Regina and Saskatchewan who are navigating concerns like hormone imbalance, digestive issues, fatigue, stress, and skin conditions. Whether you’re dealing with something longstanding or something that’s just begun, my care is tailored to where you are right now.

 Naturopathic care may include:
Clinical nutrition and lifestyle support
Herbal medicine
Acupuncture
Functional testing
Hormone and metabolic health support

Each treatment plan is individualized, practical, and grounded in evidence-informed care.

Appointments are unhurried and collaborative. You’ll have the space to ask questions, share your story, and understand the “why” behind your symptoms.

My practice is based in Regina, SK, and I work with patients locally as well as across Saskatchewan (where virtual care is appropriate).

If you’re looking for a naturopath in Regina who values depth, nuance, and a calm, personalized approach, you’re in the right place.

My role is to guide, interpret, and support — not to override your intuition or rush to a one-size-fits-all solution.

I aim to do healing work that is fiercely compassionate and that treads lightly on mother earth.
My care is inclusive and trauma-informed. All are welcome. You can find me at
Core Wellness Collective.

Don’t panic! This is not an exhaustive list but rather the most common concerns that I see in practice. If you want to reach out with your specific condition, please do so and I will get back to you!

Please note that I am typically booking out 6 weeks in advance for new patients. I encourage you to join the waitlist as last minute openings do happen!

  • During your initial appointment, we will discuss all of your health concerns, your past medical history, your day-to-day life, family history and do a thorough head-to-toe scan to make sure we are not missing any pertinent symptoms. If you have labs, bring ‘em! Physical exams may be included depending upon your concerns. Together we will create a protocol and determine the next step(s).

  • The timing and content of the follow ups largely depends on your concerns. We may see each other for acupuncture, blood work analysis or simply just to check in on progress and answer any questions that you may have.

  • UTI? Yeast infection? Ear infection? Acute stress? I’m available to my patients to handle any acute issues that may arise. During this time, we’ll discuss the concern, complete a physical exam and determine if naturopathic medicine can be used to soothe your acute ailment. Please call the office or email me to book these appointments.

  • Once your are feeling better, you are considered a graduate of my care. As life goes, if you experience any other concerns with your health, I welcome you back to my practice at any time for further support. I do encourage seasonal follow ups, if possible, so that we can keep preventative care in the forefront and support your body as it changes with seasons. At minimum, it is encouraged that you have annual visits. If it has been more than 1 year since your last appointment, I recommend that we start fresh with an initial intake.

There are two ways to book your initial appointment:

  1. Online

  2. Call the awesome reception team at 306.789.2673

Please note that a credit card is required upon booking.

I can’t wait to meet you!

If you have questions or need more information before booking, please check the FAQ or call the office.
