Regina Naturopathic Doctor

Hey!

I’m Brittany - a naturopathic doctor in Regina, Saskatchewan, offering thoughtful, individualized care for people who want to better understand their bodies and get back to feeling like themselves!

My approach is rooted in curiosity. I look at the full picture of your health: Your history, your patterns, your environment, and the subtle ways your body communicates imbalance. From there, we build a plan that supports real, sustainable change.

I work with patients across Regina and Saskatchewan who are navigating concerns like hormone imbalance, digestive issues, fatigue, stress and metabolic concerns. Whether you’re dealing with something longstanding or something that’s just begun, my care is tailored to where you are right now.

Each treatment plan is individualized, practical, and grounded in evidence-informed care.

My care is inclusive and trauma-informed. All are welcome. You can find me at
Core Wellness Collective.

I work with women who experience…

I work best with women who are experiencing a constellation of concerns — hormonal dysregulation, disrupted sleep, mood instability, digestive irregularity, and metabolic shifts — that have never been fully connected for them, and who have often been told by conventional medicine that everything looks fine despite feeling anything but.

These are curious, motivated women who still value their relationship with their family doctor but are ready for a practitioner who will look underneath their symptoms rather than at them in isolation — someone who will treat the root pattern driving everything rather than each complaint separately.

They come to this work at a moment of quiet reckoning — tired of managing, tired of being dismissed, and ready to finally understand what their body has been trying to tell them.

(Oh, yeah, and I often end up treating their kiddos, parents and spouses as well!)

Naturopathic care is transformational care.

My care differs from what we are typically used to with the conventional system; it is not transactional. Rather, it is transformational.

What is transformational care?

  • We build a clinical relationship over time (this is my favourite part!)

  • You are seen as a whole person with a unique history, context and goals for your future

  • Success is not just the resolution of symptoms but rather a better connection to your body as a whole

  • You are an active participant in your care

  • Knowledge flows in both directions — we get to learn from each other

As part of this transformation, naturopathic care may include:
Clinical nutrition and lifestyle support
Herbal medicine
Acupuncture and/or craniosacral therapy
Functional testing if indicated

If you’re looking for a naturopath in Regina who values depth, nuance, and a clear, personalized approach, you’re in the right place.

If you prefer a more supplement-heavy and functional testing-based approach, I’m not your best choice. I use supplements and testing with extreme discretion and maintain an evidence-based practice. If this is not for you, I trust that you will find what you are looking for elsewhere.

If you’re not quite ready to make an appointment, I totally get it.
