How do I know if I need to tend to my pelvis?

Any body can benefit from pelvic care. If you experience any of the ailments listed above or are just curious about your body and general health, this would be an ideal opportunity for you to learn more in a safe and supportive environment.

At this time, I do not provide pelvic health appointments for cis-male patients however I am happy to provide referrals as needed.

What is trauma-informed care?

As a trauma-informed practitioner, I am aware of how trauma manifests in the body and how to respond to trauma in a safe and supported environment.

I am able to provide education around trauma, provide resources and teach you how to find ground when your nervous system has become activated. Above all else, I know the importance of a trauma-informed team and am able and happy to provide you with referrals as needed.
